Rev. Kevin Hinman,
Chairman, LTI
CoFounder
As LTI's Cofounder
and President, Kevin
has served in
ministry and
business since 1980.
Kevin's business
background includes
graduating from
General Electric's
intensive management
training system and
serving as a
training specialist
for US Navy aircrew.
Kevin has also
pastored, been an
evangelist, and
served with a major
nonprofit
organization. Kevin
holds a MA in
Journalism, and a
Master of Divinity
degree. Kevin and
his wife, Carol,
have three children.

Mickey
Salvant,
Vice Chairman
Mickey brings both
management and
ministry expertise
to the LTI board. He
has served in the
transportation
industry as the
owner of Shipper's
Service Company and
has served with many
missions
organizations such
as Operation
Blessing, The Flying
Hospital, Hope for
Kids, Paul Wilbur
Ministries and
International
HealthCare Network.
Mickey serves on the
missions board of
his church and
continues to work in
the mission field
through LTI with his
wife Debbie. Mickey
and Debbie have two
grown sons.

Dr. Diane
Wiater,
Secretary
Diane has over 20
years experience
managing teams and
developing people.
She managed a
McDonald's
restaurant, bringing
it from last to
first in its market,
and has managed a
university
bookstore,
operations for a
graduate business
school, and coached
many sports teams.
She is President of
Wiater Consulting
Group, LLC, which
provides consulting
and training in team
building, process
improvement,
leadership, and
organizational
development. Diane
holds a Ph.D in
Organizational
Leadership and a
M.A. in
Communication.

Carol Hinman,
Treasurer, LTI
CoFounder
Carol Hinman serves
as the Chief
Financial Officer
for LTI and is
Cofounder of the
ministry. Carol
manages LTI's
finances and
executive policies.
Carol holds dual
master's degrees in
World Missions and
Non-Profit Business
Management. Carol
also has over 15
years experience as
a ballet instructor
and choreographer
for worship dance.
She and her husband,
Kevin, have three
children.

John
Mayer
John has 20
years experience
in business. He
is a McDonald's
franchisee and
operates four
restaurants in
Virginia . He
serves on the
board of the
Ronald McDonald
House, and is a
Founding Partner
of both the JAE
Group and the
CAGE Group. John
is dedicated to
the community
and partners
with several
local drug rehab
programs, public
school reading
programs, and
little league
organizations.
John holds a
B.S. in Computer
Science and a
B.A. in
Economics. He
and his wife,
Showanda, have
two young sons.

David
MacDonald
David worked for the
Department of
Defense as an
administrator and
manager for 40
years. He is
currently working as
a Senior Consultant
for Naval Sea
Systems Command. He
has been a deacon
and elder at Glad
Tidings Church in
Norfolk, VA for 37
years, and currently
serves as the
short-term missions
project pastor. He
has participated in
or lead over 20
overseas missions
trips. David and his
wife, Dee Dee, have
been married over 45
years and have three
grown children and
eight grandchildren.
