ABOUT US INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE OF LEADERSHIP has gathered a number of significant leaders and instructors along with the best contemporary curriculum to provide systematic leadership training for Christian men and women that are hungry to take their Christian experience to new levels of influence. Students will develop a firm understanding of the mission and mandate of the kingdom of God and how to engage the culture with fresh strategies to influence and change nations. To teach and equip existing leaders and future leaders to advance the kingdom of God in their nation and culture, fulfilling the commission of Jesus Christ “to go and make disciples of all nations” hastening the return of our Lord and King Jesus Christ. To provide Christians the highest level of leadership training, life coaching, tools and resources that will equip and empower them to fulfill their personal calling and increase their influence in their culture. Matthew 28:18-20 Jesus spoke to His leaders and followers, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth, go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age”. Jesus said that when the gospel of the kingdom is preached in all the world then the end shall come. (Mat 24:14). Every nation consists of spheres that define the nation to the rest of the world. The church of Jesus Christ is to be the greatest influence within every nation as His ambassadors of His kingdom. Leaders for the 21st century should be strategic thinkers and have the ability to assess the needs of their communities, regions and their nations to implement an effective strategy to affect change. When God left Adam to manage the garden, to subdue and take dominion and fill the earth, He didn’t tell Adam how to do it. He created Adam and Eve in His image with the mind, spirit and ability to carry out His mandate in the earth. We have the mind of Christ, the Spirit of God in us and a mandate and mission to bring the kingdom of God to all nations and teach them how to live. The strategies of God rest within us to carry out His will. INSTRUCTORS ICL strategies revolve around the instructors, coaches and curriculum. All of our instructors are successes in their field of expertise and accomplishment. They teach from their life experience not from another’s experience. The quality of our graduates is in direct relation to the quality of our instructors and instruction. Our instructors are certified masters and doctors because they have done it and know how to help others do it. The ICL commitment to the best contemporary curriculum has taken years of prayer, resources and development by pastors, businessmen, military leaders, educators, financial consultants and entrepreneurs. ACCREDITATION back to top Although ICL is not a degree granting institution all curriculum and instructors are accredited by the Phoenix University of Theology and AATS (Accrediting Association for Theological Studies). ICL is a teaching alliance with Phoenix University of Theology. Because all ICL curriculum and instructors are accredited, students can earn Bachelors degrees, Masters degrees and Doctorates through the Phoenix University of Theology. The Phoenix University of Theology represents a rebirth of the Classic Ecclesiastical University styled after the original European model. In keeping with this model, the University facilitates learning through an alliance of accredited Bible Schools and Colleges, Seminaries and Certified Teaching Ministries that provide instruction in specific areas of study and preparation for ministry. This association of schools and teaching ministries, as is the case of all accrediting authorities, sets standards for degree programs, teachers and curriculum. Curriculum is reviewed by the AATS before it is authorized for inclusion in a University accredited degree program. An organization, mission or movement will not succeed without good leadership. The mission of the kingdom will not be fulfilled without leaders. Colleges and institutions have approached education in a secular methodology. Most Christians have been educated in a secular environment under a humanistic belief system. The church has further supported through traditional approaches the separation of clergy and laity. Barna Research Group determined that less that 10% of pastors leading churches feel equipped and gifted to lead a church. The ICL approach is to bring all aspects of lives under the King and for the advancement of the kingdom. A core module to all our training and education is to gain a firm understanding of the kingdom of God, the mission and mandate of the kingdom and God’s methods and strategies to fulfill the mission and mandate. The systematic delivery of the curriculum provides leaders in any field of business, ministry or industry a firm foundation of what it is to be a leader, how to lead others, and how to build leaders. It has been in the formation process for twenty years and the actual module development for eight years. Every business, ministry or organization has three major ingredients, Competitive Strategy, Infrastructure and Customer Satisfaction. The level of success experienced by an organization is determined by how these three parts work together.
